Our Yoga Instructor, Amy will start with a familiar Vinyasa flow and then transition to the deeply restorative style of Yin yoga. Great for Yogis of all levels! No charge for members | Guests are welcome This event will take place on the last Saturday of each month. *This event previously included a mimosa bar along with a $15 registration fee.
